Weight Loss Goals

I posted a while back about a weight loss challenge (#5). There were a lot of things going on in everyone's lives at the time. We decided to hold off and start over on the first Monday of the new year. Guess what? That's today!

We are starting the three month weight loss challenge again today and we'll go though March 31, 2010. My goal is 15 pounds. I'll work on keeping track of it here!

good luck! last year after having a baby I setup a goal to get healthy and today i am eating much better and I love working out. I am pregnant again so no weight loss but I love the thought of it!

That is really great! I'm totally with you on this. I have a separate blog for my weight loss goals www.bbfitin2010.blogspot.com. We LOVE science museums and have visited several over the years. They always deliver on the fun!
